Highlights

1. Order acceptance: We accept orders and deliver only to locations specified in our service coverage schedule. Orders in currently serviced areas are accepted on 'best efforts' basis and Dailysavers accepts no responsibility whatsoever towards any loss or inconvenience perceived or experienced by customers using the service.

2. Delivery times: Keeping your convenience in mind we will be requesting you to choose at least two options of delivery times. Before delivery, our office will confirm with you about the products ordered and delivery option acceptable to you. All efforts will be made to adhere to schedule and our delivery team will contact you to seek a revised schedule in case of inordinate delay in delivering your order, due to any reason.

3. Non-delivery: Despite measures at attempting re-delivery if no delivery is possible for reasons whatsoever, Dailysavers reserves the right to cancel the order and restrict future orders from the customer or the address as the case may be.

4. Missing items: Bills are presented to you in duplicate. Any Remarks pertaining to the order or service must be written on the Office Copy so we can address the same early.

Shortages if any may please be mentioned on both copies. Please affix your signature on the 'Office Copy' and ask for the delivery team's signature on the 'Customer Copy' to be retained by you. 'Shortage' refers to an item which is billed and not supplied either partly or completely.

In the unlikely event of receiving a wrong supply, an expired product or a damaged product, please show it to the delivery team and return it to them. It should also be documented in the same manner as in case of shortages explained above.

5. Trademarks, designs, and copyright: "Dailysavers", "Simply Pay Less", "India’s Internet Grocer", all Dailysavers logos, all titles, characters, names, graphics and button icons are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of Dailysavers or otherwise proprietary to Dailysavers and may not be used by you for any reason other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement. All other trademarks, service marks, product names and company names or logos appearing on Dailysavers.in are the property of their respective owners.

6. Privacy: Dailysavers does not sell personal information about individual customers (such as name, address, e-mail address) to third parties, sell or rent lists of customers or use information about individual customers except to provide the Dailysavers Service or as described below.
